German Rocking Horse Toy, 2006. The model for this drawing was a tiny wooden rocking horse that I bought in Munich when I was just out of college, and lucky enough to be able to make such a trip. It didn't take long before the horse became detached from its stand, but I periodically re-glue it. Currently, the horse falls off at the slightest touch, but eventually I'll fix it. This picture would be charming in a child's room.

Size: 18 x 14 framed, with white museum mat; framed to show the ragged edge of the drawing paper, for a rustic touch.
Material: Chalk pastel on Hahnemühle Ingres paper
